There are several really good aspects to this pair of boots that make it stand out from other models, but there are also some things you should know before purchasing your own set. Below is a list in short form which sums up what makes these boots special:

– Boot has an adjustable fit via a lacing system (tightening or loosening) so they’re perfect for everyone’s different foot size
– Traditional style – not too bulky and has a pretty sleek look
– The boot is waterproof (not just water-resistant), so you can wear them in the snow, rain, or slush. It also comes with an insulated liner to keep your feet warm, which will be great for next wintertime!
Design / Construction Observation:
The Carolina 28 series is a boot with an excellent design that’s designed to be not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. I’m really impressed by the quality of materials used in this shoe; combined with its smart design, I think they’re worth every penny! If I had one complaint, it would have been that there wasn’t enough insulation lining inside them, so my feet were cold after a while when we played outside at recess. There is another boot named Carolina Insulated 28 Series, you can purchase this if you need that feature.
